Services Provided in Connection with the Trip, Such As Hotel and All Forms of Transportation

Services provided in connection with the trip, such as hotel and all forms of transportation, are rendered by independent contractors who are not agents or employees of More Than Meetings, Inc., or Market Forays. More Than Meetings, Inc., and Market Forays arrange for these services only as agents for the individual participant. Participants expressly agree that More Than Meetings, Inc., and Market Forays shall not be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, bodily injury or death or damage to property occasioned through the acts, negligence or defaults of any company or individual engaged in providing the services arranged by More Than Meetings, Inc., and Market Forays.

More Than Meetings, Inc., and Market Forays shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any injury, death or damage for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to acts of God, detention, war, quarantine, weather, terrorism, civil disturbance, strike, changes in government regulations, airline, or other travel operations. More Than Meetings, Inc., and Market Forays will not be responsible for any belongings damaged, lost, or left behind by the participant. More Than Meetings, Inc., and Market Forays reserves the right to substitute itinerary items of equal value without notice to participants.

Signature on this waiver of the participant or authorized representative signifies acceptance of and agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions as stated in this tour. Purchase of baggage, personal effects, accident, health, and trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended. If you do not take out insurance you agree to indemnify More Than Meetings, Inc., and Market Forays against all costs, losses and liabilities that would have been covered by insurance.
