Basic Bi-Weekly Maintenance: $95.00 per visit CHEMICALS NOT INCLUDED
Maintenance Includes:Clean Pool (vacuum, skim and brush pool as needed)~ Scrub Tile Line
Empty Skimmer Baskets~Empty Automatic Cleaner Bag~Empty Pump Basket As Needed ~ Test Chemistry & Adjust Water Chemistry Using Homeowner Supply~Blow Debris Off Pool Deck~Backwash Sand or D.E. Filter As Needed~Check Water Level and Advise Customer ~ Check Filtration Equipment ~ Check Heater Operation
Leave Door Hanger with Status of Pool Condition.
Repairs are not included in maintenance program and will be billed separately if needed.
Filter backwashing of sand and D.E. filters is included with maintenance programs. Cleaning of cartridge filters and disassembly of D.E. filters to clean grids/fingers are not included and will be billed at an additional charge of $75.00 per cleaning.
Weekly maintenance fees will be billed to a credit card on file the first week of every month for the previous month’s service unless prior arrangements have been made.
