53rd Western Poultry Disease Conference

Attendance and Participation -All veterinarians, researchers, previous participants and other professionals, especially students, interested in avian diseases and management, are invited to participate in the 53rd Western Poultry Disease Conference (WPDC). If you receive this notice you are welcome. If you know of others we have overlooked, but who are interested, please give them a copy of this invitation.

Registration- Complete the registration form legibly to register in advance for the WPDC and/or the ACPV workshop. WPDC registration includes one copy of the proceedings (book or CD format), welcome reception, and the conference. The ACPV registration includes the workshop and its proceedings. The completed registration form with registration fees (paid by check in US funds or credit card) must be returned to the UC Davis Conference & Event Services. Register on-line (conferences.ucdavis.edu), by fax (530-752-5791) or by mail (Conference & Event Services - WPDC, 442 Memorial Union, University of California, Davis, CA 95616, USA). Please photocopy the registration form and keep this page and a copy of the completed form for your records. A confirmation letter will be E-mailed to you when we receive your registration form and payment. Proceedings, name badges, etc. will be available at the on-site registration desk on Saturday, March 6, 2004, from 7:30AM-4:30PM for ACPV & WPDC, and on Sunday, March 7th from 7:30AM-4:30PM for WPDC. Accommodations - Meeting rooms will be located at the Capitol Plaza Holiday Inn, Sacramento, CA. A block of rooms has been reserved until February 5, 2004, at special conference rates of $109 + tax for single, $119 + tax for double/twin. All rates are subject to 12% tax and a $1.50 tourism assessment per room, per night. You must mention that you will be attending the WPDC at time of booking. Reservations should be made by calling the hotel directly at 916-446-0100, or fax 916-446-0117. After February 5, 2004, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only, and at the current published rack rate.
