SIA-AN PRIMARY SCHOOL ANTI-BULLYING
In accordance to the Republic Act No. 10627 or anti-Bullying Act of 2013 that the bullying it refers to any severe or repeated use by one or more students of a written, verbal or electronic expression or a physical act or gesture or any combination. Any unwanted physical contact between the bully and the victim like punching, pushing, shoving, kicking, slapping headlocks and other related physical contact.
ANTI-BULLYING POLICIES
Sia-an Primary School shall adopt the policies in the implementation of rules & regulation in R.A no.10627, otherwise known as the anti-bullying act of 2013 to address the existence of bullying in the school.
Policies shall be observed regularly and shall include provisions in prohibited acts and intervention programs, mechanisms and procedures.
Anti-Bullying policy shall prohibit:
- School Grounds
- Property immediately adjacent to school grounds
- School related activities functions and programs whether on or off school grounds
- Bullying through the use of technology or an electronic device.
Procedures:
The victim or anyone who witness or has personal knowledge of a bullying incident or retaliation shall immediately call the attention of any school personnel.
1. Stopping the bullying
2. Separating the students involved
3. Removing the victim or in appropriate cases the bully or offending students.
4. Ensuring the victims safety
5. Bringing the bully to the Guidance in-Charge.

SIA-AN PRIMARY SCHOOL CHILD PROTECTION POLICY
In accordance to DepEd Order No. 40, s 2012 mandated all school to adopt a child protection policy. This policy aim to protect the child from all forms of violence that may be inflicted by adults, persons in authority as well as their fellow learners including bullying and ensure that such special protection from all forms of abuse and exploitation and care necessary for well-being, taking into account the primary rights and duties of parents or guardians.
Anent to this the school adopt the mandated child protection policy to ensure that
1. Adopts a child protection policy
2. Organize a child protection committee
3. Pupils, school personnel, parents aware the child protection policy
4. Conduct disciplinary proceedings.
5. Conduct capacity building activities for the members of the Child protection Committee.
