Assume:
- Use the Suntec-250 module efficiency, power is 250 watts and efficiency is 15%.Panel dimensions are 2m long and 1m wide.
- 85% derate factor
- 5.22 kWh/m2/day (30o tilt fixed array)
- Design a solar photovoltaic system for yourhouse. You want a system that is large enough to meet the annual needs of the house. Determine how big the system is needed, the total energy produced, the total initial cost, the simple payback in years and the cost of energy in$/kWh.
