I hereby agree that while the foster dog is in my care, I will have it on leash at all times while outside the yard. The foster dog will also wear tags and collar. I will treat the dog as one of my own. The dog will not be chained, trolley, or tethered at any time.
I will update pictures and biographies regularly in order for potential adopters to know how my foster is doing.
