Thank you so much for selling my properties at 1601 State and 435 S. 16th. It was such a relief to finally get them sold. As you know I had them listed with a local realtor since May 6th, 2010. After 6 open houses and multiple showings we still had no offers. I’m sure it is just a sign of the times. However, your approach to the sales process and marketing of my properties were refreshing. I don’t know a lot about being a realtor, but your written descriptions of my properties were far and above any experience I have ever had. When I had my properties listed with a previous realtor, the open houses became a drag as I had to man one of the properties myself, due to a lack of realtors being able to help man both properties. And once again it was refreshing to have you willing to provide enough man-power to man both properties. I was amazed at the number of people who attended your first and only open house, even though it was late October and seemed late in the year to be selling. Before signing on with you I had lost all hope to sell in 2010, since the best months to sell real estate is May – September. I am thrilled with the fact you sold my properties at the first showing and then closed it in one week. The lady who purchased my properties couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much for making my life easier and finding me a buyer who is as proud of the properties as I was. Your timing was perfect and your service and attention to detail is unsurpassed. I would recommend you to anyone interested in selling or buying. Quick, easy, and painless. Again thanks for doing a great job.
