JOB TITLE: Access to Homes Systems Administrator

1.JOB PURPOSE
To work as part of a team to be responsible for the development of a Choice Based Letting (CBL) Scheme and the Access to Homes Team. The post holder will maintain and develop all aspects of the AbritasIT system and any other systems to meet the needs of the service.The Post holder will also offer support to the Access to Homes service.
2. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Service Responsibilities
To be responsible for the maintenance of Abritas in all aspects of its functionality
To be responsible for the maintenance of all systems within the service.
To be responsible for upgrades to the systems including the development of the specification, costing and testing.
To maintain effective relationships with the Service Providers.
To be responsible for the maintenance of Doncaster HomeChoice website.
To assist the management team in the development of the service, including but not exhaustive to providing training to new staff and existing staff in all aspects of the service.
To provide reports as and when required to Senior Management Team, Performance Team, Partners and stakeholders.
To provide weekly/ monthly reports whichare used as aperformance management tool for the team, to review these regularly with the Senior Home Choice Support Manager to ensure they reports are relevant.
To assist in the development of partnership working with and provide advice to partners and stakeholders that leads to the improved, successful and effective letting of homes.
To work with Senior Home Choice Support Managerover the development, distribution and review of a comprehensive range of literature for customers, procedures and policies.
To assist in the collation of information for enquiries from elected members, and MP’s and appeals made by and on behalf of applicants.
To support Access to Homes management team where needed.
2.2 General
  • To ensure that any sensitive personal data is stored, handled and destroyed securely and in accordance with the company’s Data Protection and Document Retention Policies and to follow best practice principles.

The post holder’s duties must be carried out in accordance with policies and procedures of
