[1] Multi-Lingual support includes support for following languages besides US English: Simplified Chinese, Parisian French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese and Latin American Spanish.

[2] The user has the ability to set whether a 7-digit number will be treated as an external call or an internal extension. The switch must be capable of supporting 7-digit internal dialing.
