Important Information about Nominations to the Trustee Board

For Proposer and Candidate: Please Read Carefully

·  The Proposer must be a current CPRE Voting Member listed on the CPRE Company Register of Voting Members (company no. 4302973). If you wish to check your membership status, please contact Jenny Bulman on 020 7981 2802.

·  The Candidate must be a member of CPRE before standing for election or co-option by the Board, so if not already a member, must join CPRE before the closing date for nominations below.

·  Employees of CPRE, and those who have been so employed during the 12 months prior to the AGM, may not stand for election.

·  The nomination form should be accompanied by a brief CV and a statement from the Candidate, not exceeding 200 words, on why you are interested in the position and how your skills and experience will help to address the particular issues facing the Board in the coming years.

·  Candidates will be expected to sign a declaration of eligibility to become a Board member when you are nominated (the declaration accompanies this note). If you are unsure of your eligibility to stand for election, and wish to discuss this please contact Helen Turner, Company Secretary, on 020 7981 2805 or email .

·  Completed nomination forms, together with the CV, candidate’s statement and signed declaration of eligibility, should be e-mailed to or sent by post to; Jenny Bulman, CPRE, 5-11 Lavington Street, London, SE1 0NZ and must arrive before 5.00pm on Friday 29 June 2012

·  I have not previously been removed from trusteeship of a charity by a Court or by the Charity Commission.

·  I am not subject to a disqualification order under the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986.
