  2. Treasurer’s Report

-MYICE account drained to $100, $55,000 balance was paid off

-Moving money to a money market account

5. Marketing Ideas

- Lecker

-Have team reps write up a summary on games to submit

-Discounts for billboards: Pay by the end of the year $150, $200 after Jan. 1st

-Send out flyers for preschools/daycares to promote preschool skate-Scotty will call

6. Scrip program

-Need to change due to abundance of inventory

7. Tournaments

-Faceoff tournament October 25-27th: advertise year-round on website

8. Registration

-Change date to open by June 15th to help determine teams sooner

-$50 savings if paid by August 1st

9. Parent Code of Conduct

-Al will rewrite for next meeting

10. Pee Wee Parents

-Scotty and Eric will contact

11. Bleacher Heater

-Silver laces and Blue Line want to help pay for new heater over the center ice area

-Comparisons of new heater vs. fixing/adding: Bill will contact

12. Silver laces fees: keep the same

13. End of the Year Party

-$1200 profit from the party (raffle tickets, etc)

-Create a plaque of award winners to hang in rink: place TBD

14. Exemptions policy was tabled until April meeting

15. Coach’s evaluation: Shannon will create on survey monkey this week

16. Ice Training

-Goal line will price match any equipment we intend to purchase

-Practice jerseys: $35/each with sponsor on both sides

-Scott P. will talk to clinic about jerseys and sponsorship

-Steph will contact Victory Apparel about 60 jerseys/team

17.State Playdown bids due April 1st

-$100 deposit for hosting for each level

18.Misc Business

-Blueline interested in video cameras for teams to record games
