Administrative Fees, etc.**

*A $35.00 Registration Fee for all students is due at registration.

*Tuition is non-refundable and is not pro-rated for absences. No exceptions.

*Tuition is due by the 7th of the month and will incur a $35.00 late fee there after.

*Tuition is based on 40 weeks of instruction with 10 equal, monthly payments. Winter/Spring Breaks are not counted in the 40 weeks. December and June are full tuition months. June tuition must be paid in full by 6/1/16 in order to participate in the EOY Showcase.
*Checks returned NSF will incur a $50.00 return check charge

*Checks with “Stop Payments” placed will automatically be turned over to collections with all appropriate fees added to the total.
*Sibling Discounts: 10% off second child, 25% off third child, 50% off fourth child
*Tuition paid a full year in advance will receive 10% discount.
*Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Check, and Cash is accepted for tuition payment.
There is a $2.00 charge per credit card transaction.
Performance Fees, etc.
*A $50.00 End of Year Performance Stage Fee (includes one complimentary ticket)is due 5/1/16. Stage Fees received after 5/1/16 increase to $55.00

All stage fees are non refundable.
**This is to ensure timely payment of auditorium rental
*Nutcracker & Spring Performance fees are separate (participation is optional) and due to NVYB. Costumes remain property of ARB & NVYB.
*End of Year Costumes are either purchased (prices $65.00) or rented through the ARB costume inventory for advanced (if available). Costume payments are due in full by 1/31/16. Payments received after that date will incur a 10% of the total late charge. All costume fees/payments are non refundable.
**This is to enable timely ordering of costumes.

*Youth America Grand Prix participation is by invitation only. Financial commitment is discussed upon invitation.
*The purchase of photos, videos, Tshirts/warmups are optional.
Single Class Rates
$20.00 for 1 hour class
$25.00 for 1.5 hour class
