1.Training Scope

Human Capital Management targets the HR Departments within the organisation. It enable hr personnel to access real-time data, make decisions on time with correct information and alleviates them from process related activities through automation of some of the functionalities.Through the HCM system being fully integrated, employee information is available to all personnel irrespective of their function within human resources unit. The following sub modules in HCM will be delivered during training:

For ease of delivery training will be subdivided into 4 Blocks

1.1Block 1

  • Employee Administration – All employee basic master data is stored on SAP, e.g. name, address, department employed, pay level and notches, etc.
  • Organisational Management – The full organisational structure, including reporting lines per department stored in SAP system. This includes storing of the jobs, positions, reporting lines and cost centres.
  • Global Employee Management – Concurrent employment of employees being able to be managed as well as cross country assignments
  • Time Management – This sub-module deals with storing employee leave related information e.g. leave balances and exceptional attendances.

1.2Block 2

  • Benefits Management – All employee benefits are managed using this functionality
  • Compensation Management – remuneration management like salary comparison, salary structuring etc.
  • Payroll and legal reporting – build the payroll system according to the country’s legal requirements and company specific earnings and deductions.
  • HCM processes and forms – automation of the processes and use of different template to support HR basic processes.

1.3Block 3

  • SAP E-Recruiting - Applicants’ data is stored in the applicant database with a unique reference number given to each applicant once. Shortlisting performed according to the job requirements and the applicant capabilities. This is done on internal as well as external applicants.
  • Career Management – Helps management and employee to structure their careers in an organisation.
  • Succession Management – Helps employers to identify and groom the upcoming successor of a particular position once the current holder has left.
  • Enterprise Learning – Equip employees with relevant skills and competencies to achieve their job requirements.
  • Employee Performance Management – Stores employee reviews and results and also help them to achieve the organisational goals

1.4Block 4

  • Workforce Deployment – analysis and measurement of workforce activities in relation to the broader strategy of the organisation.

  • Enhance learner capabilities to be able to carry out HR system’s testing.

6.Training Costs

Training cost is exclusive of VAT. This includes all training tools and material.
