Ø  / Octroi / Not applicable.
Ø  / Insurance / To your account.
Ø  / Excise duty / Extra at actual, as applicable at the time of despatch. However, present rate of Excise Duty is 12.50%.
Ø  / Sales tax / 2% against ‘C’ Form or Full CST @ 12.50%.
Ø  / Delivery period / 8 to 10 weeks after receipt and acceptance of technically and commercially acceptable PO at our end.
Panel GA drawing will be sent after receipt of PO.
Ø  / Warranty period / The products are warranted for a period of 18 months from the date of despatch or 12 months from the date of commissioning, whichever is earlier.
Ø  / Payment / 100% against proforma invoice.
Ø  / Validity of offer / 30 days.
Ø  / Cancellations / In case of cancellation of LOI / PO, the following charges will be paid by the purchaser.
Within 1 month of LOI / PO : 20%
Within 2 month of Order : 40%
Within 3 month of Order : 100%
