1. STORAGE:
ÿ a) Winter Storage Ashore.
2. REMOVAL OF GENERAL EQUIPMENT
ÿ a) Unbend sails and stow below.
ÿ b) Unbend sails and stow ashore.
ÿ c) Unbend sails and send for valetting/repairs.
ÿ d) Remove life raft and stow below.
ÿ e) Remove life raft and send for servicing.
ÿ f) Remove life buoys and stow below.
ÿ g) Remove batteries from lights.
ÿ h) Remove spray hood and stow below.
□ i) Remove spray hood and send for valetting/repairs
□ j) Remove dodgers and stow below.
□ K) Remove dodgers and send for valetting/repairs
□ L) Remove anchor/anchor chain and stow on pallet beneath vessel
3. INSPECTIONS
ÿ a) Carry out deck/ internal inspection/s (please give details).
4. MASTS, RIGGING AND BOOMS
ÿ a) Remove and re-step main mast and remove/refit related gear as detailed in the
Rates Circular.
ÿ b) Remove and re-step mizzen mast and remove/refit related gear as detailed
in the Rates Circular.

5. WINTER COVERS
ÿ a) Fit my winter cover.
ÿ b) Supply and fit a new winter cover/ framework.
ÿ c) Fit my cockpit cover.
ÿ d) Supply and fit a new cockpit cover/framework.
6. WINTERISING OF ENGINES
ÿ a) Carry out winterising of engine/s as detailed in the Rates Circular.
□ b) Check/Renew engine anode/s as required.
□ c) Renew anti-freeze.
□ d) Check cooling water hoses and renew as required.
□ e) Inspect alternator belt and renew as required.
□ f) Inspect sea water pump and renew parts as required.
□ g) Inspect antisiphon valve and renew parts as required
7. SERVICING OF ENGINE/S
ÿ
a) Carry out engine servicing as per manufacturer’s schedule. It is important to detail your requirements on Sheet 4. PLUS the TOTAL number of hours the engine has run from new/last service.
8. GEARBOXES AND DRIVES
ÿ a) Gearbox – drain oil and refill with new.
ÿ b) Sail drive – drain oil and refill with new.
□ c) Out drive – drain oil and refill with new.
ÿ d) Check stern gland packing and take appropriate action.
ÿ e) Check alignment of engine/propeller shaft .
□ f) Check condition of engine mounts.
9. BATTERY CARE
ÿ a) Carry out winter care of battery/batteries

10. AUXILIARY GENERATOR

11. OUTBOARD MOTOR
