Number of migrants will not rise in the volume that could create tensed atmosphere, clashes with police, and prevent border registration and food distribution on location of Preshevo, Miratovac and Kanjiza, Subotica. This would not stop the project, but would create pause and delayed distribution.
Heavy rain or snow could prevent access to the point of Miratovac, since it is located in the valley on the bottom of a slope, with no road. In this case, Caritas (and other NGOs) will transfer activities in the location in Preshevo.
