Coaching elements

Golden thread – what do you need to do to achieve greater success? Self-observations. Practices. Exercises. Self-reflection and journaling.

Training and mentoring elements

There are six group sessions at weekly intervals and the topics covered are: Network effectively to recognise and optimise opportunities. Leadership of self – and others. Resources. Personal strategy. Finding your voice. Promote yourself.

Consolidation – success.

The course comprises:

Individual coaching sessions

Each participant will be given an individual ‘one-on-one’ coaching session near the beginning of the course to make sure the benefits are optimised. To help implement and sustain the learnings there will be another individual coaching session towards the end of the course.

Weekly sessions

The six weekly group sessions of 3 hours each combine coaching elements and mentoring or training. Aspects will be individualised to suit specific needs.

Assignments

Between each session participants apply specific self-observations, practices and exercises in their work and/or home situations. This is not onerous and should take a maximum of

20 minutes per day.
