Groups are expected to practice on their own. There will be no time granted at Pennell for ANY practice with the exception of the Mandatory Act Reviews and 5th grade act. There will be a MANDATORY Act Review at Pennell the last week of January. It is at this time that the music and CD’s will be due. Please see permission slip for date preference. The music can not have reference to drugs, alcohol, weapons or violence. Song choice will be on a first come first serve basis. We will contact you if the song has already been chosen or is not acceptable for the show. CD’s are due no later then January 30th. There will be a very strict deadline for this to allow for the completion of the show CD.

Props

We cannot be responsible for storing props, they must be bought the night of the dress rehearsal and show and picked up after each event. Any prop left at the school will need to be thrown away as we are not permitted to leave them. Props must be easy, quick to assemble and portable to move on and off stage. Props are optional; there will be a primary backdrop on stage.
