If there is ANYTHING that you need pre/during/after the event, I am the man to call. We want this weekend to be a smooth and relaxed weekend for our students and also for our parents. I understand that it can be overwhelming sending your students off for the weekend, or a nice break, so I want to make myself available to you. If you have a question, no matter how big or small, please call or text me. I am very excited for this event and look forward to how God is going to move in the lives and hearts of the students who will be there. I also look forward to partnering with you in the future to help make the best impact in the lives of the students in this area. It is a joy for me to serve you and your students.

What to Bring
Bible
Journal, notepad, or something to take notes on
Sleeping bag or blankets
Pillow
Towels
Toiletry items (shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.)
Deodorant
Clothes (modest) - We will be doing a game in the morning and some service
projects in theafternoon, so bring some athletic shorts and old shoes for
that part. Some people bring some jeans and nicer clothes for the Saturday
nightservice, but you do not have to. Shorts are just fine. Sunday morning
wewill be wearing our Freedom Shirts that you will receive throughout
theweekend. Once again, shorts are just fine for Sunday morning.

Any form of weapon (knife, gun, fireworks, nun-chucks, etc.)
A sorry attitude
An empty suitcase
Not enough clothes – it is always better to have more than not enough
Your puppy – it might be cute, but not cute enough for Freedom Weekend
Homework – there is always Sunday night for that
Students will be able to have cell phones to take notes on and to use the Bible app. Once the students get to the host home, they will still be able to use their phones for those purposes. If the host home or college leader believe that their phone is becoming a distraction, they will be asked to put their phone in their luggage and leave it at the home for the duration of the weekend.

This form MUST be filled out and returned to the Student Minister for your student to leave during Freedom Weekend. If we do not have this form for your student, they will not be able to leave for the duration of the weekend. By signing this form, you release Rock Hill Baptist Church from being responsible to your student while they are not participating at Freedom Weekend.
If you will be picking your student up during Freedom Weekend, you MUST make contact with the Host Home of your student and sign them out. You will not be permitted to just come grab your student without checking them out.
Only the legal guardian is authorized to pick up their student from Freedom Weekend. You will not be able to have anyone else pick up your child. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
The information of the Host Home for your student will be made available to the parents at check-in on Friday afternoon.
Medication Form
If your student has to take any regular medication, it must be turned in at registration WITH this form. All medication must be in a plastic bag with the original bottle along with the student’s name on or in the bag. The medicine will then be given to the host home and they will monitor the distribution of the medicine.
