Client: United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), New Delhi, India.
Ø Upscaling energy efficient production in Steel Re-Rolling Mills through energy conservation equipment like Furnace Insulation, coal Pulveriser, Recuperater, Oxygen Analyser, Variable Frequency Drive.
Ø Energy Audit and Technical Report preparation for 24 SRRM units, the Post Commissioning study will capture parameters of Specific-Fuel Consumption (SFC), Specific-Power Consumption (SPC), Burning Loss, Crop Loss, Mill Scale Loss, Mill Yield, Mill Utilization, and Mill total Output Production.
2) MNRE-UNDP-GEF Concentrated Solar Heat Project: “Collection and Compilation of performance data on CSH based systems through Remote Monitoring”: Client: Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE)
Ø Objective: To increase the use and promotion of CSH systems for low and medium temperature process heat/cooking/cooling/drying applications and to reduce GHG emissions in the atmosphere in India.
Ø Remote Monitoring System Installation: Online Data Logger, Inlet and Outlet Temperature sensors, Flow-meter, Pressure Transmitter and Weather monitoring equipment: Pyranometer, Diffusion Pyranometer, Anemometer, and Ambient Temperature Sensor.
Ø Data Acquisition, Transmission and Compilation data of Inlet and outlet Temperature, Flow Speed, Flow Pressure, Beam and Diffused Radiation levels, Wind Speed data to the MNRE and UNDP.
3) GIZ-MNRE: “Concentrated Solar Heat Technology for Solar Water Heating Systems (SWHS)”
Client: Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale (GIZ)
Ø The project aims at building confidence on Solar Heating Systems for Industrial Processes (SHIP) Technology by providing reliable performance data through scientifically monitoring systems through key performance parameters of fuel saved and energy generated by Solar Water Heating Systems.
Ø Raising awareness amongst potential customers and creating framework conditions through marketing existing system over a web platform for taking future work on fundamental aspects related to certification, design and operate SWHS.
4) Bureau of Energy Efficiency: “Evaluation Study on BEE’s Standards and Labeling (S&L) Programme”
Ø Objective: To provide the consumer and informed choice about the energy savings and thereby harness the cost-saving potential of the relevant marketed product and whether the programme has achieved its objectives, if not the reasons thereof and the recommendations on how to improve the same.
