Designed, implemented and developed all data processes for the Worldwide Black Book, IDC’s premier IT spending database.

  • Redesigned overall data platform and processes for the Worldwide Black Book. Implemented new data tools to collect data from research sources. Integrated data and delivered in new format contained in an interactive Excel tool. Process improvements allowed the database to be delivered on a quarterly basis, and at different levels of access for different regions.
  • Automated the production tool for the Black Book. Tool generated 400 Excel tables in less than 1 minute.
