The Pro Bono Legal Clinic is for individuals who cannot afford an attorney. The Pro Bono Legal Clinic is provided free of cost. The Pro Bono Legal Clinic attorney will meet with an individual and provide the individual with advice. However, the Pro Bono Legal Clinic attorney will not be representing the individual.

Due to the fact that the laws and courts of Colorado are complicated, all individuals are advised to retain an attorney to assist them with their legal problem.

The direction you receive from the Pro Bono Legal Clinic attorney is based upon the information and documents that you provide. If you have withheld information or you did not bring all of your papers with you, whatever you have withheld or not shown the Pro Bono Legal Clinic attorney could change the answer that the attorney gave to your questions.

Each individual can be seen by the Pro Bono Legal Clinic attorney for no more than thirty minutes. Please remember to use your time wisely.

If you choose to represent yourself in court or in your legal dispute, it is important to remember that the Pro Bono Legal Clinic attorney will not be providing you will legal representation. The Pro Bono Legal Clinic attorney will not accept any responsibility for your case. If there is deadline in your case, it is your responsibility to meet that deadline.
