- PMN - PA New Hire: Business Office provides position, HR Emp Master, then to PR for Job Pay, Deductions, Accruals for entry and posting by PR staff. IN the comment field the position number will be entered for PR to reference. PR Staff that are reviewing the new hire records need to check the Check Location for how the checks will sort when printed. HR won’t know at the point of entry. Cheryl and Cathy suggested putting this on the checklist for a new employee. The HR staff will enter in the regular location tied to the position into the Check Location field and PR will update.
- PMP – Position Control New Position: use this workflow from the Business Office to notify that the position exists. Notification would go to HR and PR.
- PMO - PA Other: Most for HR will check list
- PMS - PA Salary: PR handles the step increases, individuals are handled by HR (lane changes) these need to go to Business Office and then PR for approval, promotions are HR. We will want a Lane Change and Promotion Auth Reason Code. Schools will have a mid-cycle raise for the step increase. If the increase falls within the pay week it is tied to the exact date of the increase and not rolled back to the beginning of the payroll period as it is on the City side.
- PMT - PA Terminate: HR go to PR for notification only , no approval needed.
- PMU - PA Transfer: HR will enter, GL accounts would be updated by the PR staff and update the position control. Need to check if the position is changed in Job Pay will the org and obj on master update as well. Test with a location/position change.
