my bill would be to be able to drive when your 15 because a lot of people need to be able to get places when they live either on a farm or say that you live with an 9old man or woman and they no longer can drive you should have the ability to drive them to where they need to go and they will not be able to drive past 9:30 and if you mess up in any way u would not be able to get the license back until you turn 18. say you .go out past 9:30 u will be put in jell for a night then if you do it multiple times you lose all of things to drive.

Gay marriage is allowed in all states in the United States of America. On a minor scale of mistreatment, people would be fined 500 dollars. On a major scale, jail time depending on scale of mistreatment or denial of marriage.

Gays and lesbians are equal, to all other people. No one will be aloud to make fun of gays or lesbians; if so you shall make fun of gay people you have to serve 1weeks in detention for first offense, more than that you get detention for 1 week plus for each offense.

my bill is, go to school 3 days a week. Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are the days we will attend school. The purpose is so we have longer weekends/ days to rest. School stresses kids out and we need more relax time. It would also gives us a longer opportunity to study for tests and be with our families. Its been proven, kids whose families spend more time together are more successful in life. If someone forces us to go to school on a day we don’t have to that person is fined $500.

bikers have to wear safety gear when on public roads. This includes helmet and elbow and knee pads. They must wear it at all times when riding a bike on a public road with car drivers. If caught without proper safety gear it is a 20 dollar fine.

I feel like this Bill is important because teenagers are killing themselves because other kids are bulling them. Bullying is when you are mean to another person for example hitting, pushing, spreading lies, or calling names, for no reason other than to be mean to another person. If you broke that “bill” then they can be put on trial for jail, and if the other child kills themselves then be tried for murder. If they tried for murder then they get jail time for a year to think about bullying someone else again. If twice put in jail for 2 years and after they get out they do it again put them in jail for life. Hopefully they get the point after one time. There will not be any amount of money you can pay to get the person bulling out of jail.

WE THE STUDENTS OF SCOTT COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL AND NINTH GRADE CENTER

Believe that back packs should be permitted in the halls and in the schools. If backpacks are permitted it would save students time to there next class, and would save the school money because they would not have to buy new lockers.
