The Content Management System (CMS) Front-End Administrator will work within the Enterprise Project Team during the development of CEDP’s new Sitecore CMS implementation for School Website replacement across all Diocesan schools.

Sitecore Technical and Functional Requirements:-
● Hands-on Sitecore expertise in administration of Sitecore WCM Applications
● Hands-on experience in Content personalization, click-stream and content targeting
● Should be familiar with the core capabilities of the WCM platform and have experience in:
● Sitecore application architecture
● Configuration and administration of Sitecore
● Site topology and content organisation
● Asset model design for both Basic and Flex Assets
● Page & Template Design
● Sitecore Customisation
● Content Analytics
● Experience in presentation layer technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, AJAX
Salary and Conditions:
The salary is Professional Offer Level 3, Step 4 currently $111,612 per annum. Superannuation and leave loading will be in addition to the basic salary. Salary packaging options are available.

CONTEXT
The Content Management System (CMS) Front-End Administrator will work within the Project Team during the development of CEDP’s new Sitecore CMS implementation for School Website replacement across all Diocesan schools.
BACKGROUND
CEDP recently completed an Enterprise roadmap which includes replacement of its school websites (80 schools in the Western Sydney area). The platform selected to host these websites and future intranet services is Sitecore.
An opportunity has arisen to join the established project team implementing SiteCore CMS for school websites.
The core purpose of the role will be for the candidate to manage the Sitecore configuration to support the creation of websites based on standard templates including the migration of data from existing web sites.
The candidate may also be required to provide training to other Sitecore users within CEDP both at schools and Head Office.
Reporting to the CMS Project Manager, the candidate is required to use their knowledge and experience in Sitecore by providing high quality service to the project team and CEDP.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position supports the CEDP strategic intents of improving learning outcomes for all students and promoting a professional and rewarding working life for teachers.
● Understand the data models employed by the project team in the setup and configuration of the Sitecore CMS in its support of the CEDP School website requirements
● Manage the set-up, enhancement, alteration and testing of systems configuration within the Sitecore application in response to project demands and issues ensuring appropriate quality controls are applied
● Support website content managers both directly and indirectly in their use of the Sitecore application
● Work with ICT Helpdesk to address issues raised through the Helpdesk incident management software
● When required provide training support either directly or indirectly to the CEDP schools and Head Office.
