Scott Posednik made his major league debut with the Seattle Mariners in 2001 and was later acquired by the Milwaukee Brewers. In 2003 he was MLB.com’s Major League Rookie of the Year and voted by peers as the National League Most Outstanding Rookie. In 2005 he was traded to the Chicago White Sox. That year he was an MLB all-star, an integral part of the Chicago White Sox World Series Championship team, and he hit the 14th walk off home run in World Series history.

He received his BS in Economics from George Mason University. He graduated cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law and received his LL.M in Taxation and Certificate in Estate Planning from Georgetown University Law Center.
