unnan Zhenzhuang Guest House located at downtown of Kunming. It is only 40 minutes drivefromKunming Changshui International Airport and 15 minutes way from railway station. It was built in 1936 and served as the mansion of Mr Long Yun who was Yunnan Provincial Governor. The special historical background endowed it with profound cultural connotations. Natural and cultural scenery coexist in harmony, which makes it unique in Kunming. It has been an important place for government affairs ever since the P.R.C established of China.
Known as a “woodland garden”, our guesthouse spans over 138 mu (9 hectares), with green space 75 percent, soaking in a lash, picturesque ambience that combines invitingly natural beauty with elegantly landscaped charm. It is divided into 3 courtyards, front, inner and back. Our guesthouse has been put into business operation and fully immersed the market after Hall 5was built. The guesthouse contains 187 rooms, including 3 presidentsuites,24 deluxe suites,71 standard rooms and 89 single rooms, all equipped with high-quality international satellite TV and broad band internet systems. There are 14 banquet halls in different styles and a restaurant which can hold 150 people at the same time. Besides, there are 4 meeting halls, a VIP lounge and a meeting room. Among there is a auditorium with 70 years’ history, which can hold 50-80 people for conference, and the multi-function hallequipped with an internationally-advanced projector and acoustic systemcan hold 160-250 people.
