69. Ivy Legacy Foundation – 3 scholarships are available
- Jarvis Moss Shepherd Educational Scholarshipis awarded to a graduating senior who plans
to major in business or education.
- The TILF S. Steven Collins Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior who plans to pursue a college degree in journalism/media/communications and a career in print or broadcast journalism. ( Essay is required)
- The TILF Philly’s Teens Are Cookin’ Culinary Scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior who plans to major in culinary arts or attend a culinary arts college or university.
Criteria for all scholarships:
- Demonstrated Leadership3.0 GPA
- Extra-curricular activities
- Enrolled in 4 year college or university
- Community Service
- Successful Interview

74. 6th Annual Dunkin’ Donuts Philadelphia Regional Scholarship Program – offers (25)
$2,000 scholarships to qualified students. Applicants must plan to enroll in an accredited
two- year or four- college, university, or vocational-technical school.
Scholarships recipients will be selected on the basis of “well-rounded” character: positive
academic records, demonstrated leadership, commitment to school and community activities,

Scholarships are for residents of Philadelphia who have overcome significant adversity. Applicants
will be asked to describe their adverse experience and how they overcame. This scholarship is for
students who plan to attend colleges and universities listed in the state of Pennsylvania only.

Richard Ash Scholarship
Applicant must be a Philadelphia resident who is a senior or adult student interested in seeking a
college education and applicant must demonstrate financial need.

This scholarship fund was created in 1992 by the alumni of Philadelphia Troop 185, Boy Scouts of
America; for the purpose of helping worthy Eagle Scouts pursue higher education

This fund was established to honor the memory of Luther Vandross and his devoted mother Mary
Ida. Scholarships from this fund will be awarded to assist students seeking to graduate from a
historically Black college/ university.

Scholarships are for tuition assistance to persons entering nursing or for those who are accepted in

Criteria:
- GPA must be a minimum of a B
- Minimum 1500 SAT score or ACT equivalent
- Served at least (2) years of community service and (1) year of high school service with

- Essay should highlight your service and how your college degree will improve the
quality of life in you community
