  1. The President, Mr Bill Harle, welcomed everyone to the meeting.

  2. Minutes of 2015 AGM were accepted as a true and accurate record.

  4. ‘All persons (adultsandjuniors) in order to play for Wales at an InternationalEvent must be registered members ofthe Welsh Chess Union at the time of selection’
