1. Each high school in Stark County shall send a representative to The Repository Teen Board, according to the guidelines of the Stark County school districts.
2. Each high school should nominate a male senior and a female senior each month for Teen of the Month.
3. Nomination forms for Teen of the Month will be submitted each month at the start of the meeting. The candidate's unweighted grade average and class rank must be included.
4. Each nominee will be assigned a number on the rating sheet. The nominees will be rated on a scale of one to four as represented below:
4- Superior3- Excellent2- Good1- Fair
This rating shall be done by the representatives on a private rating sheet. For the sake of a consistent average score, we will drop each nominee’s top and bottom score.
5. The officers or chosen representatives shall then take these sheets and tabulate the scores.
6. The highest score will designate the Teens of the Month: male/female. In case of a tie, the representative of the school will speak three minutes about his/her nominee. A vote will be taken to name the winning teen.
