This guide provides brief descriptions of everything that an Admin can do within the Reports Section of your firm site.

As an admin you can gain access to this page by just clicking on the Report icon in the left hand navigation.

Quick Statistics

Quick Statistics provide a quick glimpse into your firm’s current pro bono work. We currently offer the following stats in this section: are used to easily a see a couple of different numbers about your firm. This small set of quick stats are just a quick glimpse into how your firm is doing

  • Total Firm Pro Bono Hours YTD – Shows the total number of pPro bBono hHours your firm has done Year to Date.timekeepers have booked this calendar year.
  • Number of Matters Opened YTD – Shows the total number of pPro bBono mMatters opened since the beginning of the current calendar year Year to Date.
  • Number of Current Open Matters – Shows the total number of currently open Pro Bono Matters your firm haspro bono matters that do not have closed dates.
  • Number of Participating Timekeepers YTD – Shows the total number of Timekeepers who have participated in Pro Bono activity Year to Date.booked pro bono time this calendar year.
  • Timekeepers with 20+ Hours YTD–Shows the total number of Timekeepers who have reached or exceeded the 20+ Pro Bono hours threshold Year to Datebooked 20 or more pro bono hours this calendar year.

Saved Reports

Saved Reports are actually report subscriptions that your firm uses. They are saved to this list and easily accessed by clicking on the title in the left hand column If your firm has any report subscriptions set up, the generated report files will be available for download in the Saved Reports list. Simply click on the relevant Title to download the report. TIP: If you would like to setup new report subscriptions, please contact us at .

Reports

The Reports section is where all of the reports you canwill be useing are stored. Within this section you canwill see a few different customizablethe Report Categories. These categories will house the reports you use. Inside each report category will beare the reports that coincide with the category. Matter reports in the Matters section so on and so forth. Each report will shows a title, description, and a small preview image that shows an example ofyou can select to see what the report will look like once run.

  • Report Categories[JS2]– This is where your individual reports will sit. Within each category willis a be a different set of reports pertaining to that category. You willcanhave the ability to setup the names of the Categories you wish to see by contacting us at . As an example, if you want to have an Annual report category to house all of your reports you run annually.
  • Reports–Detailed reports to find specialized data within your PBM system.
  • Title – The titles of the reports are also customizable. They can be set when you give the information to the PBM team.Please let the PBM team know if you would like to update any Report Titles
  • Description – Basic description of the report you are looking at. Please let the PBM team know if you would like to update any Report DescriptionsThis description can be set when setting up the reports.
  • Preview Image[JS3]– There is a smallClick thethumbnail Ppreview image button that can be selectedclicked to show a smallto see a sample preview of whatof the generated report looks like.. Once selected you can view a larger scale of the image to see what the report will look like once run

Report Viewer Page[JS4]

The Report Viewer page is where you canwill have the ability toinput specificchoose the parameters you’d like to use as report filters, and then run and view the reports. to run your reports.You will see two different types of views from this section. If you select a report such as “Timekeepers with 20+ Hours” which is a canned report, you will have these parameters filled out already and the report will run automatically. Inside those canned reports you may add or change Tags and Tag Types as you need. You will also be able to have blank reports where you can enter in all of the parameters yourself. Below you will see a brief description of each parameter.NOTE: Only parameters highlighted in red are REQUIRED to run a report from this screen.

  • Group By– Select your 1st Group By – Choose the Tag Type that the report should be grouped by. You can also group by Client.this option will be the first set of data that is shown within the report. The subsequent Group By’s will be data that will live within the first Group By selected.

Group By 2– Choose if you want to see Timekeepers or Matters. Only available in 2-level reports.– Select your 2nd Group By – this option will be truncated under the 1st Group By’s data. The sub sequent Group By will be data that lives within this Group By.

  • List By (Only available in 1 level reports) – Choose if you want to see Timekeepers, Matters, or Clients.Group By 3 –Select your 3rd Group By – this option will be truncated under the 2nd Group By’s data.
  • Time Entry Date From– Enter a date where you would like the data to start from.The start date for the time period you want to search within.
  • Time Entry Date To– Enter a date where you would like the data to endThe end date for the time period you want to search within..
  • Hours Min. – Enter the minimum number of hours you would like to have shown within the report.The minimum hours for the hours range you are searching within.

Hours Max – Enter the maximum number of hours you would like to have shown within the report.The maximum hours for the hours range you are searching within.

  • Timekeeper Status – Choose if you would like to see Active or Inactive Timekeepers, or both together.
  • Exclude Matters for Stakeholders – Use this parameter to exclude hours for any matters that have the chosen Reporting Agency Exclusion tag.
  • Choose Item Type – Choose if you want to run a report on an individual Client, Matter, or Timekeeper. Select an item type you would like to associate to the Search for Item option.
  • Search for Item – Whatever option is selected in the Choose Item Type section you can search on within the entire report. Enter a keyword or phrase to generate a report on a specific Client, Matter, or Timekeeper.
  • Tag Type 1-6 / Tag 1-6 – Use this section to choose which of your firms’ Tag Types and Tags you'd like to use to filter your report.Select a Tag Type and all of the Tags associated will show up within the Tag drop down next to it. These tags can be used to narrow down information within your report.
  • Columns to Display–Select all of the columns you wish to display within your report.
