Note: This Z4 LED Side Marker can either be wire to the Parking Light or the Signal Light. Extra wires will be needed for this installation (not supplied)!!!

Evo-R Z4 LED Side Marker Installation Instruction

(1) Remove your OEM "Z" emblem with thin fishing wire or dental floss.
(2) Remove "Z" emblem backside OEM double tape residual and clean back of the emblem with rubbing alcohol.
(3) Clean the fender where the Z4 LED marker will go with wax remover then clean it with rubbing alcohol (very important step for good Z4 marker 3M double tape & fender adhesion).

(4) Clean both side of the Z4 LED ring with rubbing alcohol and decide how you want to position the Z4 ring (we recommend having the part with the 2 LEDs pointing up), then apply one 3M double sided tape to the back of the OEM “Z” emblem and one to the Z4 ring. (Make sure the opening of the tape is facing downward, this will allow water to escape, during car wash…etc)
(5) Wire the 2 wires from the Z4 LED marker to either parking or signal light wires (Red to Power and Black to Ground). Wires will go through the existing hole (the bigger hole) on the fender and run to the back of headlight housing.
(6) Turn ON either parking light or signal light to test for proper wiring.
(7) Remove the double tape backing from the Z4 LED marker.
(8) Align the ring then stick the Z4 LED marker to the fender (once again, we recommend having the part with the 2 LEDs pointing up, and make sure the opening of the tape is facing downward).
(9) Remove the double tape backing from the OEM “Z” emblem.
(10) Stick the OEM "Z" emblem to the Z4 LED marker.
(11) Wax the surrounding (fender) of the Z4 maker (due to application of wax remover and alcohol).
(12) Repeat Steps (1)~(11) for the other side.

You’re all set! Now turn ON the parking or signal light & enjoy the show 
