Show times: Pre-Judging (Pros) 9:00am Amateurs: Will immediately follow Pros.

Division Details: Teen: Age 19 and under. Novice: Open only to those who have not placed first in any class besides Teen within any division in the same category (Ex. Figure) with any organization (unless was the only competitor in the class). Eligibility will be verified during polygraph testing. Age Divisions: Open only to those falling into the stipulated age range (ex. 40+ is for competitors age 40 and over only).

Crossovers: A "crossover" is entering more than one division. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well.

Awards – Pros: Cash award of: 1st $1,000, 2nd $600, and 3rd $400. Amateurs: Top 5 in each class. Pro Cards will be awarded to overall winners of: Open & Master’s 40+ Men’s Bodybuilding, Open & Master’s 40+ Women’s Physique, Open & Master’s 40+ Men’s Physique, Open & Master’s 40+ Figure, Open & Master’s 40+ Bikini.

Check In: Wednesday 4/11/18 beginning at 2:00pm at the DoubleTree Hotel, Thursday 4/12/18 beginning 8:00am at the DoubleTree Hotel, Friday 4/13/18 beginning at 8:00am at the DoubleTree Hotel. Saturday 4/14/18 beginning at 7:00am at the Westbrook Performing Arts Center (show venue). Bring proof of OCB membership with you to check in. Photo identification for all athletes will be checked prior to polygraph testing.

Polygraph Testing: You will receive the link to schedule your test after your registration has been received. Tests are $50 cash paid directly the examiner. Polygraph examinations are valid for a 6-week period from date of test. Competitors who have tested at an OCB sanctioned show and passed within the previous 6 weeks days are exempt. Bring proof of OCB membership with you to check in.

Contestant Meeting: 8:30am at the Westbrook Performing Arts Center

Fees: Pro: Entry $140 Amateur: Entry $70, each additional “Crossover” is $40 per crossover. Entry deadline is 4/4/18 with no exceptions! No crossover additions will be allowed at check in! Entry fees are non-refundable! Tickets: Tickets can be purchased on-line on or before 4/4/18; otherwise they can be purchased at the door day of show. Tickets are $25 for adults, and $10 for children 12 & under. Tickets purchased in advance are non-refundable! OCB Membership: Must be purchased online via www.ocbonline.com

Backstage Policy: 1 assistant per competitor allowed. Assistant must purchase a $25 Trainer Pass. Trainer passes are available for purchase day of show only.

Music/Routines: House music only for Bikini, Figure, Men’s Physique. Stage walks must be one minute or less. Men’s & Women’s Bodybuilding, and Women’s Physique may use their own music or house music. Routine length .60 seconds max. Music must be on a CD-R only. Props are allowed

I hereby grant the promoters, OCB, any approved magazine, video or entertainment organization and all of their agent’s successors, licensees and assignees, the right to photograph or otherwise reproduce my voice, appearance and name and exhibit, distribute, transmit and/or otherwise exploit any and all media, including without limitation, by means of still photography, motion pictures, radio, television, printing, or any other medium now known or hereafter devised, including audio with respect to any merchandising, advertising, and/or publicity and the right to use my name and information about me in connection with any of the foregoing. No further compensation shall be payable to me at any time in connection therewith. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to obligate, OCB and/or any magazine, video or any approved video entertainment organization to photograph or otherwise reproduce my voice, appearance or name, or to make use of any of the rights granted herein. I also understand that the aforementioned rights may be reassigned at any time without further comment. I agree to abide by the decision of the ODB, and/or contest promoters concerning my participation in an OCB-sanctioned contest pending the results of any form of testing used to detect use of banned substances with OCB. I understand that the administrator or laboratory utilized for substance screenings is the choice of OCB and/or the promoters, and agree to accept the results of said testing, whatever they may be. I hereby waive and release any claims or demands against the OCB, it’s representatives, sponsors and promoters that may arise out of my participation in a OCB-sanctioned event or my membership in the OCB.
