If we do not receive your application with payment of $150 per booth by March 18th you will not be guaranteed your same spot location from last year.
New vendors may apply up to June 30th, and will be allotted space on a first come first serve basis.

Booth must be manned from 10:00am-5:00pm on July4th & July 5th
Setup time is between 7:00am to 9:30 am on July4th(no Friday set-up). You must be set-up by 9:30am.
You will receive a confirmation packageTWO WEEKS prior to the show so make sure you are prepared for the show. If for any reason your application is not accepted your payment will be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Decisions of the Summer Festival Committee are final!
I acknowledge that I have read the application and that I understand that if I have misrepresented my work or violate any of the regulations; the Summer Festival Committee may remove objectionable items or revoke my privilege to participate without refund. If asked to leave the show, I forfeit participation in future events. I also release the Summer Festival Committee and the Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce Inc. from all responsibility for installing, protection, selling/storing, or removing my exhibit and merchandise.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES:
Complete the application on the reverse
Enclose a current photo that represent the product you will present and one current photo of your display. If you have previously participated in the show and are presenting the same products you are not required to submit photos.
Enclose your check payable to the Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce or include credit card info for the amount of $150.00 plus a $5.00 handling fee for credit cards.
A self-addressed and stamped envelope to send festival information and return photos to those accepted and declined. Photos or acceptance letter will not be returned if the self addressed stamped envelope is not provided.
REGULATIONS:
The Summer Craft and Curb Market is an annual event featuring art and craft vendors as well as a curb market.
All booths and their contents must be furnished by the vendor and fit within a 10’x10’ space.
Exhibitors must oversee their exhibit at all times.
Exhibitors must display their products for the entire show, any exhibitor leaving early will not be invited back

No announcements made from your booth.
Remove all garbage when you leave on Sunday-nothing should be left at your vending site or you will be charged a garbage removal fee!
