Schedule Adjustment

Prior to filing for your schedule adjustment, please review the following details and necessary steps if you are interested in pursing the process.

-Course enrollments are extremely tight so making adjustments at this point may be difficult. If you have a schedule that you can work with in the fall, it is our strong recommendation that you remain with the current schedule as you have already been guaranteed a space in these courses.

-If you are still interested in pursing the process, your request will be reviewed in detail with close attention paid to your reason and rationale for the request. Advising staff will review requests and make adjustments on a case by case basis. Processing a request does not guarantee a schedule change will be processed.

-In order to submit a request for a schedule adjustment, you must fully complete the following form, having reviewed your current schedule and course availabilities for alternate course options. Course Changes Requested:

  • CRN = 5 digit number for each course
  • Course Number = 3 letter & 4 digit combination that identifies the course
  • Course Section = 3 digit number for the specific section of a course

-A student must fill in Banner ID, First Name and Last Name Letters, Reason, First course to be dropped and First course to be added. The last two sets of course drops/adds are optional.

-Once a student hits submit and has completed all the mandatory fields, they should be directed to a confirmation page that states the following:

  • “Thank you for submitting your request for a schedule adjustment. Advising staff in the AcademicAchievementCenter will review your request at the next available opportunity and contact you as to whether this request can be processed.”
