The information seeker has desired to know the status of CLCSS subsidy claim in respect ofM/s. Bright Industries, Shed No. 4, Street No. 15/16, Samrat Industrial Area, Near Mavdi Chowkadi, Rajkot – 360004.

The said application is disposed of as under:

1. Information in respect of Sl. No.(3) (b) (i) and (ii) of the application:

The information seeker is informed that Govt Scheme Cell, SIDBI, Lucknow has informed that the reference date (last date of disbursement) was 31/03/2012 for CLCSS subsidy case amounting to Rs.2,43,000/- of PLI, Corporation Bank. Last date of submission of application after processing by SIDBI to DC-MSME, GoI, was 30/06/2012 as per guidelines of the scheme. Last date of submission of application by PLI / Bank to SIDBI was 15/06/2012. The instant subsidy case was received by SIDBI on 15/05/2012. SIDBI processed the application and submitted to DC-MSME on 04/07/2012. The case was rejected by DC-MSME due to late submission.
