Check-in/Check-out Time

Please note check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotels availability.

Late Check out Hours (subject to hotel’s availability)

Till 18:00 hrs – free of charge

Till 21:00 hrs – 50% of room rate value will be charged.

After 21:00 hrs – full value of the room rate for one night will be charged.

Visa Arrangements

The Hotel will facilitate visa for guest/s that will stay with us during their entire stay. Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or advance cash deposit. The Hotel will require 5 working days for the release of the tourist visa as it is subject to approval by the immigration authorities. Please note below mandatory requirements.

Clear scanned passport copy (must be valid at least 06 months).

Visa fee of QR200 / $55 per person which is non-refundable and advance room deposit either by cash, credit card or bank transfer.

Payment thru credit card:

Scanned copy of credit card of both sides.

Signed credit card authorization form along with a valid passport copy of the card holder.

Transportation from 29 October till 03 November 2015 :

A Coaster will be arranged on daily basis fromHotel – VENUE - Hotelprovided by Hamad Medical Corporation.

A copy of the bus timings will be provided upon check in.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation received from 15 - 00 days prior to arrival a full value of one night stay will be charged.
