DATA ENTRY GUIDE (ROUND 1 SELECTION)
You are required to
Step 1.Attend an online safety training via the edvenNTUre and pass the quiz.
Step 2.Prepare your resumes. You can create your own version or use the template in ‘Create/Update Resume(s) for IIP’ in the StudentLink. If you are creating your own version, please append your Degree Audit to your resumes if you do not include your modules and results. If you are using the template, there is no need for you to append your Degree Audit. Please save your resumes in PDF format (max 1 MB file-size).
Step 3.Register for IIP by keying in your choices of organisations and project codes you prefer, and other relevant information via StudentLink by 12February 2014(Wednesday), 5.00pm. If you do not key in any information at all under the ‘Search & Selection of Organisations/Projects for IIP’ option via StudentLink by 12 February 2014 (Wednesday), 5.00pm, you will be deemed as not registered for the subject MTH492/MH4901 IIP and hence will not be allocated any IIP organisation.
Step 4.Check that your contact no., handphone no. and term address are updated. We may need to contact or write to you on matters relating on IIP.

Note : Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) has made a standing arrangement with the universities that undergraduate NSmen would be called up for In-Camp Training (ICT) only during specific parts of the university vacations. During these periods, known as the ICT Call-Up Period, MINDEF will not grant deferment on the grounds of academic commitments. Therefore, NSmen students called up for ICT during the ICT Call-Up period can apply for Special Leave and may be required to extend their internship to make up for the period missed.
If their ICT is however outside the ICT Call-Up period, they are required to apply to MINDEF to defer their ICT training.
