Webcast - Attendance Verification and PDH Distribution
This is a newsystem that WEF has implemented in order to verify attendance while eliminating the need for participants to submit additional files to WEF by fax, mail or email. This system will ensure that WEF has the necessary documentation for attendance auditsbyvarious licensing agencies, and will enable WEF to maintain our status as a continuing education provider.
Step 1 - Site Moderators:Create asiteAttendee Listfor your location by clicking hereand following the directions provided.
Site Moderators are responsible for logging basic attendee information for their location into this online Attendee List. If you have more than one person participating at your location please be sure to add them to yourlist. If you are a single participant at your location youwill act as your own site moderator and will only need to fill out theinformation at the top of the Attendee List.
Step 2 - Site Moderators: Forward the onlineEvaluation Formlink to all of the attendees from your location.
This will allow each attendee to complete the form at their convenience. You may also have attendees fill out the online Evaluation Form immediately after the webcast at your location.
Step 3–All Attendees interested in Continuing Education Credits:
Once you have successfully completed the online Evaluation Form and clicked the submit button,you will automatically receivean email containing a link to your PDH Certificate. You will be responsible for entering your name and number of credits earned into this documentbefore printing. Most states will require your site moderator’ssignature on this certificate.
SITE MODERATORS & ATTENDEES ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ANY ADDITIONAL FILES TO WEF.
This new system automatically provides WEF with all of the information necessary for our Continuing Education program.
