Please note: All event participants are expected to be aware of and abide by the ‘tennis etiquette and rules for non-umpired matches’ as outlined by Tennis Australia and detailed at www.tennis.com.au/rosannatc

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1  All entrants must be full financial members of the Rosanna Tennis Club Inc. at time of entry form lodgement. Note: Only 1 Parent OR Child needs to be a member to qualify for the Novelty Parent & Child Doubles event.

2  Full entry fees must be paid at the time of entry form lodgement, by 6pm Friday 3rd March 2017.

A drop-box will be available at the clubrooms during coaching and competition hours.

·  OR, entry forms & payment may be made to Club Championship Match Committee members including: Roslyn Marshall, Peter Collins or Sandro Madrigale.

·  OR by Bank Transfer to Rosanna Tennis Club 063233 10034595

Boy’s & Girl’s event(s) entrants must be the event age or under as at December 31st 2017.

4  Parent/Child teams eligible for the Novelty Parent & Child Doubles event must consist of at least 1 club member (no age restriction applies).

5  All entrants are limited to entering a maximum of 3 events (excluding the Novelty Parent & Child Doubles event)

10 All entrants must be available to play as much as possible at the following times:

·  Friday 17th Mar 5pm - 9pm

·  Saturday 18th Mar 2pm - 7pm

·  Sunday 19th Mar 9am - 7pm

·  Friday 24th Mar 5pm - 9pm

·  Saturday 25th Mar 2pm - 7pm

·  Sunday 26th Mar 9am - 7pm

11  Event draws & scheduled times of play for the first weekend will be posted at the Club House at www.tennis.com.au/rosannatc by 9pm Wednesday 15th March.

12  Scheduled times of play for remaining days will be posted at the Club House and at www.tennis.com.au/rosannatc at early as possible before the event. Please check the website each night.

13  It is the responsibility of each entrant to know about & be at the Rosanna Tennis Club at the scheduled time of each of their matches. Entrants will not be contacted with advice of their match times. Any player, who is late or not ready to play at their scheduled match time, may be granted a 15-minute time allowance at the discretion of the Tournament Director before they are scratched from the event.

14  If running late for your event/match time. The Tournament Director should be contacted on 0419 546 007.

15  Most finals will be played on the final day of competition.

16  Entrants for doubles events must enter using only the 1 entry form, with both partners listed & include the full entry fees for the event(s) with the 1 form.

17  If you cannot find a partner for any doubles event(s), but would like to play, please indicate which event(s) & only pay for your half of the entry fee. The Match Committee will assign you a partner(s) if possible.

18  The Tournament Director reserves the right to alter the program, including length of matches (sets), in the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. The Tournament Director reserves the right to cancel an event if insufficient entries are received or combine two events where it is possible. Should a dispute arise, the matter shall be submitted to the Tournament Director or nominated member of the Match Committee, whose decision shall be final.
