Funds to be used to purchase various predictive and prevention technologies for the Water Department and Department of Public Works to help diagnose, repair and improve infrastructure. H / Agreement - With C&S Engineers Inc. for consulting services for the 2016 Spencer Street Dig Once Infrastructure Improvement Project located at the 500-600 blocks of Spencer Street. Total cost not to exceed $208,587, to be paid on a time and expense basis, funded by a bond ordinance. The City will be reimbursed bythe NYS and Municipal Facilities Program for 100% of project costs. The Mayor has waived the RFP Process. / H

H / Agreement - With GHD Consulting Services Inc. for engineering services for the 2016 Wayne Street Dig Once Infrastructure Improvement Project located at the 100-200 blocks of Wayne Street. Total cost not to exceed $132,270, to be paid on a time and expense basis, funded by a bond ordinance. The City will be reimbursed by the NYS and Municipal Facilities Program for 100% of project costs. The Mayor has waived the RFP Process. / H

9-0 / Permission (revocable) - To Syracuse University to construct, own, operate and maintain underground one 8” Steam Line (62’ in length approximately) and two 4” Condensate Lines (62’ in length approximately) and one vault structure as part on the underground steam distribution system serving Crouse Hospital across the Irving Avenue right-of-way near the intersection with Waverly Avenue. Syracuse University shall pay an annual fee of $1.40 per linear foot and $2.80 per steam line approximately $347. / 237
