The draft PowerPoint will serve as the backing to which each pair will be narrating and consequently turning into a final film.

Introduction / An introduction to the video is clear – this might include but is not limited to text/figures related to food security, background information on your species, and background information on your region. Full marks demonstrate thoughtful and nearly-complete to complete information, minimal gaps in the narrative. / /5
Methods / Students include a depiction of the methods we have used to investigate food security and their species. This should include information on data sources and ecological niche modeling. / /5
Results / Presents maps (1) current global distribution, (2) future (2050) global distribution, (3) current regional distribution and (4) future (2050) regional distribution. Maps to be considered include: ECOCROPS, Domain, Bioclim, Limiting Factor, and any other maps/graphs.
Each map should include a readable legend, a north arrow, a meaningful scale, an appropriate title and useful caption.
Any maps generated should be useful and meaningful. They should contribute to your interpretations section. / /10
Interpretation / Students demonstrate a thoughtful investigation of their results. Elements of a PLOT Analysis are present. Potentials, limitations, opportunities, and threats included are interesting and thought provoking. All claims made are supported by evidence (largely to be sourced from model results). / /15
Conclusions / Summary of your research outcomes. / /5
References / Student displays working list of data sources and references. All figures (images, graphs) are sources within the body of the PowerPoint. These sources can be identified within the references listing here. / /5
Script / A thoughtful and complete script is included within the PowerPoint notes section for each slide (where appropriate). Students should have a nearly-complete to complete script of what each student will be saying as narration to the PowerPoint. / /15
