# / Action / Key / By Whom / By When / Status
/ Bevis Allen gave a power point presentation, outlining the London Boxing Interim Struc / D / ALL / N/A / N/A
/ It was noted that all email votes should be emailed before the start of the voting in 2 weeks’ time, to ensure transparency and allow for successful applicants to be announced on the day / D / BA / ALL / N/A / N/A
/ The refereeing and judges panel should only consist of two members / D / ALL / N/A / N/A
/ There should be an overarching committee to run the region, which would also include Chairman, Treasurer and secretary – TO BE DISCUSSED / T / BA / 12/11 / OPEN
/ In order to vote for the right person for each role, it was felt that the voters needed to see and understand what skills/experience each person brings to the role (point raised by Chris Hall) – BEVIS TO CREATE A CV TEMPLATE to be completed when applying / T / BA / 10/11 / OPEN
/ A championship committee of two people, to be added to the structure / D / ALL / N/A / N/A
/ Agreed that apart from the Chairman/Secretary/Treasurer (who can only remain in post for a maximum of 2 terms of 2 years – 4 in total), all other positions can be held for as long as possible / D / ALL / N/A / N/A
/ For the purpose of the interim structure, ALL role holders MUST be members of England Boxing. For the permanent structure next year, this will be reviewed (point raised by Lenny) / I / BA / N/A / N/A
/ There was a request to not hold club shows on the same days as regional or national finals – TO BE DISCUSSED at 1st Regional meeting / T / ALL / 30/11 / OPEN
/ A fixtures meeting to be held after the appointment of the interim structure. This is to discuss and agree a system for fixtures and who gets priority. Currently, with the shortage of officials, no more than two shows can be held on the same day - TO BE DISCUSSED at 1st Regional meeting / T / ALL / 30/11 / OPEN
/ It was mentioned about the communication (or lack of) surrounding the evidence for or against head guards (point raised by Chris – Miguels). This type of information can easily be put on the England Boxing website. Hilary pointed out the need for transparency with the Vault / I / N/A / N/A / N/A
/ A point was raised about the amount of data to be added to the vault in future in relation to boxers’ records / stoppages / 28 day suspensions etc. Who would be responsible for added this data to the vault. The doctor couldn’t do it, and the supervisor would have little time. TO BE DISCUSSED again at 1st Regional meeting / T / ALL / 30/11 / OPEN
/ A point was raised (by Jumbo) regarding what is happening with the clubs money taken by the Alliance in the breakaway. Hilary stated that it is in hand, but the legal procedure is complicated / I / N/A / N/A / N/A

The next meeting is scheduled for Sunday 20th November 2016 – venue TBC, to include the vote on roles in the London Boxing Interim Structure
