Directions
1)The Master Cadre will be expected to administer Session Evaluation Formsto all participants attending the trainings they conduct.
- Session Evaluation Forms will be available in 1) online format via Survey Monkey and2) paper format.We highly recommend that you encourage completion in Survey Monkey for ease of data analysis.
- At the end of each training session, provide the link to the Survey Monkey survey. Encourage participants to complete the form immediately if possible (on smartphone or computer) but please also send a reminder email following the training for those who could not complete immediately onsite.
- Online survey links and paper formswill be provided by the Leadership Team on the New York State Early Childhood Advisory Council (ECAC) website here:
2)The Leadership team will email each Master Cadre trainer their participants’ raw data (from the evaluations completed via Survey Monkey),within 3 business daysof the training. The email will be sent from
3)The Master Cadre will be responsible for briefly summarizing the data from the training evaluations using theMaster Cadre Training Session Debrief (template provided byLeadership Team and located on ECAC website with other materials). We will use the session debriefs to inform our regular technical assistance calls, inform practice, and demonstrate the impact of our work.
4)The Master Cadre will email the completed Master Cadre Training Session Debrief to within one week of their training. Please put something relevant in the subject line, such as Pyramid Model anddate or location of the training.
