Dear Parents and Guardians:

The Greene Middle and High Schools will continue to use a web-based student information system for parents called Home Access Center beginning on September 9, 2015. This system will allow parents/guardians to access important information about their child.

The system allows anyone with computer access, a login user name, and a password to view his/her son or daughter’s class attendance, class assignments, five week reports and report card grades. In our continuing effort to better serve the school community, we would like to give you the opportunity to view this school related information.

In order to begin using the system, the attached parent-signed user form must be completed and returned to the school. Forms are available in the main office and on the Greene CSD website. Established accounts will be used in the new school year. So, your user-id and password will work from school year to school year.

1.  Create a parental user-id by using the head of the household’s first initial and the first seven letters of the last name. examples: James Washburn-user id: jwashbur or Jane Laws-jlaws.

2.  Establish a password of at least 8 characters (all lowercase) that you can easily remember (ex: summer12)

3. Please complete the Parent Access Form and return to your child’s main office. In the attempt to keep

passwords secure we ask that you don’t send it in with a child. Please either hand deliver, fax, email or

mail.

After September 9, 2015, to access the parent information, go to the district home page at: http://www.greenecsd.org. Under the Parent/Student tab is a link called Parent Home Access Center that you need to click on. On the next screen you will need to scroll down to Greene. Then you may enter your username and password. Once you get to the daily summary screen, it is pretty self-explanatory as to what to do next. You may view any aspect of your child’s record.
