Order Deadline:Friday, October 5, 2018 (Order must physically be in the office by 4:30 pm. NO late orders will be accepted. NO refunds.)

Broilers must be ordered in increments of 25 chicks up to a maximum of 75 chicks per exhibitor.No Cash will be accepted for orders.

Families with multiple children who wish to enter the show can order sets of birds for multiple children. Birds must be ordered in increments of 25. Each exhibitor must select and exhibit their pen of three broilers from within the broilers assigned to their family. / San Antonio – Broilers

For SALE, families with multiple children who wish to enter the show can order one set of birds for multiple children. Orders must be increments of 25 birds up to 75 total. Each exhibitor must select and exhibit their pen of three broilers from within the broilers assigned to them. Sharing of birds between order sets is not allowed.
These birds are not eligible to be exhibited at the 2019 Hays County Livestock Show! / Houston – Broilers
Arrival Date: Late January, 2019
ONLY the assigned exhibitor may show at HLSR or Austin Rodeo from this order. Exhibitors are allowed to share birds from this order when selecting birds to bring to the show for family members only.
These birds are not eligible to be exhibited at the 2019 Hays County Livestock Show, San Antonio Livestock Exposition or Austin / Austin Rodeo – Broilers
