Rules
1.Check-in, Check-out and Payment Procedures at OKHTINSKAYA HOTEL
1.1. OKHTINSKAYA HOTEL (further referred to as the Hotel) is designated for temporary accommodation of citizens for a period agreed upon with the administration of the Hotel. Upon termination of the arranged period, the Guest shall vacate the suite at the Hotel's request. If the Guest wishes to extend the period of stay, the Hotel has to be notified within 2 hours before the check-out time on the day of departure. Extension of the period of stay in the same suite is only possible provided if there is no confirmed reservation for that suite for third parties.
1.2. The check-in time is 14.00.
If the Guest checks in between 0:00 and 12.00, the accommodation fee is 50% of the hotel rate for one day.
1.3. The check-out time is 12 o'clock local time.
In the event of late check-out the billing procedure is as follows:
·within 6 hours after the check-out time – 50% of the day's rate;
·from 6 to 24 hours after the check-out time – a full day's rate.
Stay under 24 hours is charged as a full day independently of arrival and departure times.
1.4. The Hotel's working hours are 24/7.
1.5. To check in the Hotel, the Guest is required to produce an identification document issued in accordance with the established procedure, such as:
·passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation,
·international passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation,
·birth certificate – for a person under 14 years old,
·passport of a foreign national,
·military identification.
With the Guest's consent to the Hotel's current Accommodation Rules and execution of accommodation, the contract for hotel services is deemed to have been made.
1.6. Hotels have the right to enter into a suite booking contract. Subject to availability, the Hotel accepts bookings from companies and individuals in writing or by phone. At reservation, check-in with or without a reservation, the Guest chooses a suite category, but the right to select a specific suite within that category is reserved by the Hotel.
1.7. Accommodation and services in the Hotel are paid at open (negotiable) prices as per the price-list approved by the Hotel's management. All Hotel prices are quoted in Russian roubles. Payment is done in roubles, in cash or T/T under a Booing Contract or by using (credit) cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay).
1.8. Check-in at the Hotel is performed only after the Guest makes an advance payment for the whole estimated duration of stay by means of a cash deposit or authorization of the necessary amount on the Guest's credit card. When checking-out if the amount of the deposit or the authorized amount has not been used up in full, the balance is refunded to the Guest in cash in roubles (if there was a deposit) or to the credit card.
1.9. At check-in the Guests fill in a registration form, whereby they verify their data, agree to these Accommodation Rules, and, for the Hotel to meet the requirements stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, give consent to hardcopy and/or electronic processing of their personal data, which include but are not limited to the surname, given name, patronymic, year, month, day and place of birth, address, passport details, as well as all other personal data related to the Guest's identity and available or known to the Hotel at any moment of time.
1.10. Bedding, towels and toiletries are changed once every three days.
1.11. The Hotel disclaims responsibility for the Guest's valuables left in a suite. To ensure safety of the Guest's valuables, the Hotel provides a safe located in the Reception, for an additional fee.
1.12. If the Guest is out of his/her suite for over 24 hours and cannot be localized or contacted, the Hotel has the right to form a commission, take an inventory of possessions found in the suite and move the things to the storage room.
1.13. At check-out, the Guest shall return the suite key to the receptionist and pay for additional services, if any. A fiscal receipt and a final bill for the services rendered are given at check-out.
1.14. The Hotel reserves the right to enter the suite without the Guest's consent in the event of smoke contamination, fire, flooding, as well as the Guest’s violating these Accommodation Rules, public peace, instructions for using appliances.
1.15. The Hotel has the right to terminate the contract for hotel services unilaterally or refuse to extend the period of stay if the Guest violates the Accommodation Rules, delays payment for the Hotel's services, causes financial and physical damage to the Hotel.
1.16. The right to priority check-in at the Hotel subject to availability is granted to:
·Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation, Full Cavaliers of the Order of Glory;
·persons with disabilities of the 1st disability group, their accompanying persons (no more than one per person with disability); other categories of citizens in compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
·participants of the Great Patriotic War, persons with disabilities of the 2nd and 3rd groups and their accompanying persons are accommodated on first-priority basis as suites are vacated;
·families with three or more children;
·pregnant women.
1.17. Accommodation with pets is possible if there is prior approval by the Hotel's management and for an additional fee.
2. Visiting Regulations and Guest's Obligations:
2.1. Third parties are allowed to be in a Hotel suite only at the Guest's personal request or in the company of the residing Guest. Visiting hours are until 22:00. Should a visitor remain in a suite after 22:00, or should the Guest invite third parties into the Hotel during night hours (between 22:00 and 08:00), those persons' data shall be documented for shared accommodation in the Guest's suite. Shared accommodation is charged as per the valid price-list.
2.2. According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, the Guest shall pay for damage in the event of loss or injury of the Hotel's property, as well as bear responsibility for violations committed by the persons invited.
2.3. A lost key card is replaced only at the Guest's personal request. A replacement key card costs 150 roubles.
The Guest shall:
- when leaving the room: turn off the taps, shut the windows, and switch off the lights, radio and television;
- follow the established Accommodation Rules, maintain cleanliness, peace and public order in the suite and the Hotel;
- follow the fire safety rules strictly;
- pay for all extra services and the mini-bar provided by the Hotel in a timely manner and in full.
In the Hotel, it is prohibited to:
- give the suite key to third parties;
- store readily combustible and explosive objects;
- move furniture in the suite;
- use any heating appliances;
- smoking in rooms and the entire territory of the Hotel is strictly prohibited. The fine for smoking equals the cost of one day's accommodation in the suite occupied by the Guest;
- disturb peace of guests in other suites;
- presence of persons carrying fire arms (including traumatic weapons) and cold weapons is prohibited on the Hotel territory.
The Hotel has the right to deny service and accommodation to persons under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, as well as in the event of breach of generally accepted standards and rules of conduct, without giving a reason for refusal.
The book of comments and suggestions is in the Reception and available at the Guest's request.
The suite rate covers:
- accommodation in a suite of the required category,
- television (except fee-paid channels),
- air conditioning (if supplied in the suite),
- Wi-Fi,
- using car park,
- VAT.
The cost of services not covered by the suite rate is specified on information sheets and catalogues of relevant subdivisions (Reception, restaurants, bar, cafe of OKHTINSKAYA HOTEL).
The following services are available free of charge at the Guest's request:
- calling an ambulance or other emergency services,
- first aid kit (limited set),
- mail delivery to the suite upon receipt,
- wake-up call at a certain hour,
- needles, thread, a set of dishes and cutlery,
- using locker,
- using self-service ironing room.
Fire Safety Rules and Instructions for Using Electrical Appliances:
- the Guest shall read the Evacuation Movement Instruction available in the suite;
- in the event of fire the elevators must not be taken;
- go to the nearest escape way and descend to the ground floor lobby;
- follow the instructions of the personnel that has undergone trainings in handling emergency situations;
- using any heating appliances and making a fire is prohibited within the entire Hotel territory.
In cases not stipulated by these Rules, the Hotel and the Guest are governed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
