PLEASE NOTE: In order to maintain the Advanced Laser Solutions' standard of excellence, we install Long-Life drums in all cartridges, with the exception of the EP cartridge, Compact Page Mark, NO1, IBM 4019, NEC, Ricoh, & Ink Jet. There is a one-time fee of $25.00, then we replace drums as needed free of charge.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Prevent 14Basic1 - 9 printers $194.00 per machine

Basic10+ printers$183.00 per machine

Our basic service is a 14 step process that results in a complete overhaul of your laser printer. In addition to the maintenance service, your fuser roller assembly is warranted for one full year, parts and labor. Additionally, we will include one interim printer cleaning to insure maximum printer performance.

Prevent 14Plus1 - 9 printers$234.00 per machine

Plus10+ printers$223.00 per machine

Prevent 14 Plus includes the Basic Prevent 14 service, fuser roller warranty and printer cleaning. You pay only the next $100.00 of any and all printer repairs (excluding the warranted fuser roller assembly) during the next 12 months.

Standard commercial warranty - free from defects in materials and workmanship.

All orders are limited to $10,000.00 each. The City of Seattle will not authorize payment for any order exceeding that amount without prior approval by the Buyer, Drelda Mayes on 684-0222.

This contract may be further expanded to include any similar items normally stocked by the supplier provided that the supplier agrees to use the same pricing structure as those specifically listed.
