Application & Interview Process
KPMG’s interview process is designed to identify motivated, creative and focused individuals, who are passionate about accountancy and in short, to find the best people to help KPMG reach its potential.
The interview process is designed to ensure that our application and interview process is a two-way process. It is important that you get to know as much about us as we find out about you.
Completing your Application Form
You should complete the online application form in a thorough manner. It’s not enough to give bullet points. Remember, this is your first point of contact and introduction to the firm. To do yourself justice, you need to give time to the application form, be able to talk about your impressions of the firm and do some research.
The application stage is where we begin the process of getting to know you.
What Does the Recruitment Process Involve?
We start by thoroughly assessing the information given to us on the application form. If your application is successful, we will invite you to a presentation at which you will learn more about the firm and meet partners, directors, managers, seniors and trainees from every business area prior to attending our assessment day.
Next Steps
The next stage, the half-day assessment session, includes an e-Tray exercise, one interview with a manager and a second interview with a partner or senior director. This is your opportunity to impress us, while we get to know more about your interests and achievements and why you want to join KPMG.
