The CONSTRUCTION OF MODEL HOSTEL BUILDING @ SOCIAL WELFARE DEPARTMENT, IN KARNATAKA. The detailed estimate and the drawing is prepared. The provisions are made as per the drawings and estimates to provide Hostel for Students, Kitchen, Store room, Pantry, Dining Hall, Dish Wash, Washing Area, Loading and Unloading Platform, Toilets, Rooms, Warden Room, Computer Room, Lobby, Staircase, Handicap Ramp, Staircase Headroom’s etc.., is provided.

The estimate is prepared based on PWDSR, Bangalore Circle for the year 2011-12 and Market Rate. An Area weight age of 6% is considered for the basic rates as the site comes under BBMP Limits.

SBC Considered for the Foundation and Structural design in 150KN/Sqm

With all the above provision, the estimated cost works out to 337.64Lakhs.
